I have two clients who want to share a common folder within their public folders for each domain. Is this possible? Because I have several clients/domains on the mailserver, I am unable to turn on global public folders across all domains. I just need a public folder across 2 of the domains. I'm not sure if there is a way to do this? Can I create an alias or hard link from /mail/domain1/#public/sharedfolder to /mail/domain2/#public/ ??? Is there a way to do something similar or does anyone know of a workaround? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you!

Did you ever find a solution for this? I'm in a similar situation. I want to share the same contacts folder between two domains, but not a third.

As a matter of fact we did. We replaced the public folder of one domain with a symlink to the other domain's public folder. We also had to go into the configuration files to add the other domain (I think we had to add the domain's admin). One thing to note is that if we tried combining the two existing domain's, then it would not work. If we combined them right away when the domain's were first added to the mailserver then it worked. I don't have the specifics in front of me of exactly what we did, but I have two domains all sharing the same public folders. I current manage about 75 domain's. I'm sure that Kerio does not support this config and hope that they can create an option in the administration console to do this.
