Hello,

We are using Kerio MailServer 6.3.1 with Entourage 2004. It seems that when an invitation is accepted - an email is sent back confirming the acceptance of the invitation, along with a link titled "show attendee status". This always seems to be "no response" (even though the time for this person is now set as "busy" (so you can tell they have accepted the invitation!).

If the meeting & invitation is issued using webmail, you can immediately view the status of the attendee (via a check next to their email address). If you subsequently view this meeting in entourage - you will see the attendee's status as "accepted".

Any suggestions?

We're now running version 6.4, and have a similar issue.

Sometimes it works, the user is marked as accepted, and adds the entry into the personal calendar. Sometimes it stays as no responce, and doesn't add itself to the calendar, even when they have clicked accept.

Anyone any ideas??

Finally... this has begun working while running Entourage 2008 service pack 1 and Kerio 6.5.1!

Has anyone got this working in Entourage 2004 and/or will there be an update to address this issue?
