Hello,

using KFW 6.1, I see users can download their email and also send them even if they don't log into firewall: is there a way to block emails (pop3 and smtp), as well is for web surfing, until they login into kerio?

Thanks

Use the option "always require the users to authenticate".

Hello,

I'm sorry but in "Users->Authentication Option" I can only see "always require users to be authenticate when accessing web pages": where that option should be?

Thanks

Change your traffic rules, instead of:

Source: LAN
Destination: Internet
Action: permit
NAT

replace source with Authenticated Users:

Source: Authenticated Users
Destination: Internet
Action: permit
NAT

so only authenticated users will be able to access any service on Internet. Of course, you can limit this rule only to selected services.
