Hello,

We have installed Kerio Mailserver 6.3.1 and Kerio Winroute Firewall 6.2.3 on the same server with Windows 2003 Standard Edition.

But I have problems to get the pop3 emails with the KMS.
"Connection to pop.bgc.be lost : connection closed by remote server" this happens on one of the 2 (or sometimes with both) configured mailboxes.
When I stop the winroute service, all goes well.
I suppose there is a problem with winroute configuration?
Could anyone help me where to make the necessary adjustments?

Thank you in advance,
Best Regards,
Heidi

Heidi,

Can you please submit a ticket to http://support.kerio.com including your winroute license number and a copy of winroute.cfg . This can be found at C:\program files\kerio\winroute firewall\winroute.cfg .

Many thanks
