Hi Everyone,

We are moving some domains from Exchange to Kerio.

We use Distribution Lists that have an associated email address. i.e. sales<_a.t_>dummy.com

That distribution list points to both users and public folders.

How can I achieve this functionality in KMS?

I've setup a special user that has access to public folders. This special user has as alias all 'public folder' email addresses, such as your 'sales' address. Lastly, I've created mail rules for this user that automatically puts mail sent to it into the proper public folder (based on the 'To:' address, obviously).

This achieves what you want.

You could of course do without a special user and simply use one (or more) of your regular users (or your own account) for this task, but that is less 'controllable'.

Of course, you'd still need to create the distribution group, but that not really a challenge Smile
