Hello,


Is it possible in Kerio Mailserver 6.4.0 to make a mailing list and when sending an e-mail to the whole list to make the mail look like the following:

Dear {name}


So that it automatically takes the names and places them correctly when sending to that user.

That would be a great feature.

The mail server itself can't do such a thing. That's pretty normal, I can't think of a mail server that can.

But you could achieve that using Outlook's mail merge. Or you could purchase a special program for such mailings (for example World Merge http://www.coloradosoft.com/worldmrg/, not very expensive, just $59,-).

It is working right now through Outlook. Fairly easy.
