I installed the program as administrator.

As the manual said the user has to run it also (non admin)
This FAILS.

"error occured while opening log files" (error is in Dutch)

So, do you test these things in a non-admin environment before sending them out to the world?

It seems it should be possible to just load the add-in manually in Outlook 2000. How do I do this?

This is a consistent error I get.
I first install the KOC and KSP with a startup script (or as test just manual). Both cases the folders are created.

However, no plugin is found when a normal user logs in and the setup returns the error when trying to run the setup as this normal user as the manual suggests.

WHAT TO DO? It's rather stupid if I have to make the users temporary admins........
