- I delete the user by the adminitration console
- I delete the user directory
- An finally I create again the user again

But the user used space still showing the final size when the problem occurs.

Is there a configuration file that I missed?

You can let KMS re-count the quota by deleting the users 'stats.usr' file. After deleting it, login to Webmail. Then KMS will re-count the quota (might take a few seconds if the user's mailbox is big...)
