Since two or three weeks, my users get considerably more spam, mostly penny stocks. I know that this is not a KMS problem as colleagues on other mail systems have the same problem.

My question: I am still on 6.3.1. Is there any enhancement regarding spam in 6.4, so is it worth upgrading? Other than that I have no reason to upgrade.

Thanks,

Thanks for this. I have the dsbl.org already in. How did they configure the wpbl.info? With a +3.0 Spam score?

The new lists as far as I can tell in 6.4.0 are :-

list.dsbl.org +2.0
unconfirmed.dsbl.org +0.9
db.wpbl.info +1.4

All the feedback I have been given regarding Spam and the upgrade has been positive. Still some getting through, but it does seem better than before.

68% rejected
11% tagged
4% marked as spam by users
1% marked as not spam by users
15% normal

are my stats since the upgrade.

Hey, thanks for the info. I have put this in my 6.3 installation. Let's see if that helps.

In addition I have added two spamassassin .cf files to my config

70_sare_stocks.cf

70_sare_adult.cf
