Nice to see a new version released, but at least the following 3 things still are not fixed:

1) It chrashes almost once a day with Windows XP.
2) No Identd when using a remote system to irc.
3) When you dcc chat on IRC it disconects irc client.

I also notice all the services that are run, open ports that are seeable to anyone on the internet. Wish there was a option to stop that.

Does the Crash Report Wizard run when Winroute crashes?
Is there something in error log?

If you want to use inetd service, it should be allowed in traffic rules. If all running services are visible from the Internet, the traffic rules are not set correctly.

1) I don't think its reporting anything in the error log.
2) I said identd, not inetd Smile.
3) Could you give me a example of the correct traffic rules to make it so the running services are not seen by the whole internet.

Regards.
Webber

1) And what about Crash Report Wizard application?
2) Sorry, my mistake - identd, of course.
3) The easiest way how to set up traffic rules is to use Wizard on the Traffic Policy screen. More details about various types of traffic rules you can fing in KWF on-line manual at http://www.kerio.com/manual/kwf/en/ch05.html.
