Our attorney asked me today to reproduce every email regarding a company we did business with. I have extensive archived folders in KMS for every month back several years. The time period spans the last 3 years.

My question is: Does anybody know the fastest way to retrieve and "Print" all of these emails?

I have searched using webmail but can't seem to figure out how to print them out other than one at a time. UGH!

Has anybody had to do this in the past?

Please shoot me.

Increasingly this is becoming a requirement. CALEA is another reason. Hopefully someone on Kerio staff will reply so we all can
have an answer.

Cheers,

If you have a Mac and Apple Mail.app the printing would be a snap.

Log in on the server with Mail as admin to see the archived email.

Drag the emails to your desktop.

In Printer Setup Utility, create a desktop printer of your currently used printer

In the finder drag all of the email messages onto the printer, watch them all print.

This is easiest in a client. In web mail you would have to (for each month) find the mail by this user, then individually print them. In a client you can select all the mails and do a "mass print" (Select the mails you wish to print and then use your apps print function)

I hope this helps
