I ve added a couple of traffic rules, the first denying internet access to some users and the second one allowing http to another group of users.

All internet explorers on client computers are set up to use the proxy server on port 3128 and so the winroute is set up to work as a proxy server.

The thing is that I ve noticed in the "connections window" that the only traffic rule that is used is the one that lets the firewall access internet, which name is "firewall traffic", created by default when you install winroute.

But when I set up the winroute to use it as a transparent proxy, I mean with no proxy server in internet explorers, and then I check the "connections window" the other traffic rules are used, including the ones that I created.

Why is this happening?
