So why did you post this into Winroute Pro forum?
Ok, I will move this post into right one.

Stop Winroute, edit the users.cfg file and create a new user by adding:
<listitem>
    <variable name="Name">admin</variable>
    <variable name="AccStatus">0</variable>
    <variable name="auth_type">0</variable>
    <variable name="Rights">31</variable>
    <variable name="Password">NUL:</variable>
    <variable name="FullName">Administrator</variable>
  </listitem>

Then you can login as user Admin with empty password.
