Can anyone out there tell me what this error means:

Result: failed, Status: 5.5.2 5.4.6 Routing loop detected

Basically, I am sending a message to a user which the logs indicate is relayed just fine. Then I get a reply which I think is this users auto reply because it has happened a few times with each time being just after I send the message. I have worked with this person for a while now and he never has any problems receiving mail and if he sends me a message directly, then I get them as well. It seems to be related to his auto replies. Suggestions?

Do you send from a Kerio system to a non-Kerio system? The user you try to send to, what mail server does he use?

Please describe exactly where the mail is going through and include mail headers. Otherwise it is not easy for us to give an answer.
