Working through some minor issues with transitioning from Exchange 2003/Entourage 2004 to Kerio 6.4/web client.

The main issue I've run into is when we migrated old email and subfolders from users Entourage, all mail that was copied to the kerio server took on the date and time that it was copied not the original received date. this is a nightmare for the users who leave everything in their inbox. The messages themselves when opened report the correct date.

My question is. Is there anything I can do to force Kerio to reindex these messages?

We are using the latest Kerio release. I have a client using the latest release of Entourage 2008. I had copied messages from their folders "On their computer" over to an account I created for them. In Entourage, the messages all look fine with the proper sender and dates. In webmail, the sender is the user's name and the date/time is the same as when we uploaded the messages to the server. It looks like most of the messages are correcting themselves with the correct date/time and sender, but not all of them have done so. Was this ever figured out and if so, what is the secret to fixing this? Do I need to reindex each folder? This account has about 3GB total in it. I have also seen this with another client, but her messages did not correct themselves at all. Suggestions? Thanks!
