For test purposes I installed a copy of KMS, KSC, and the console on a Mac. How do I go about removing all of this from my system?

Run the installation package again and select "Uninstall" option instead of "Install".

I did perform this operation but the iSync connector still shows up in my System Preferences pane. How do I do a complete uninstall?

Did you try to close System Preferences application and open it again?

Yes - it was closed when I performed the uninstall. I tried to open/close but it still shows up (and can be executed as well so its not just a link).
