We have a problem.
When we send mail from us on hotmail.com or gmail.com our letters get in a folder spam.
For the send mail we use "Kerio WebMail Сlient" or "Microsoft Office Outlook + Kerio Outlook Connector"
(Kerio MailServer 6.3.0 build 2132)
Have you any decisions about this.

Are you not on any blacklist?
Do you have a proper PTR record?
Is there no virus active on your network?
Is your server not set as an open mail relay?
Are you not trying to sell viagra? Cool

In the end: it's Hotmail that decides your mail is spam, so you'd have to ask them why they feel that way.

Sure, what's wrong with that? I did use the word for the medicine that helps some men... I can imaging it triggering the spam controls.

And you didn't answer any of my questions (possible problems)...

Last time more servers accepts (not only kerio mail) as junk or spam.

I assure you: when I send normal messages to Hotmail, they do not get tagged as spam. I just tested it by sending a message from my KMS account to my Hotmail account. It ended up fine in my Hotmail Inbox.

And you still have not answered my questions in my first post. I'll repeat them here for your convenience:
Are you not on any blacklist?
Do you have a proper PTR record?
Is there no virus active on your network?
Is your server not set as an open mail relay?

You have not confirmed you are not on a blacklist. You can be on a blacklist for reasons such as your ip seemingly being dynamic, your ip being located in a country which has high spam rates and does not enforce spam prohibitions, or because other machines in the same range have been spamming. You can check to confirm here: http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/ip4r.ch?ip=<ip> where <ip> is replaced with your ip address. You can also refer the live postmaster at http://postmaster.live.com/Services.aspx#SenderSolutions for tips on keeping your email out of junk.

According to your headers, the your KMS server has the official host name:

bk05company.lviv.farlep.net

which resolved to the IP address of

213.130.28.223

This IP address is listed in the black list APEWS for the following reason:

-------
Sorry 213.130.28.223 is currently listed in APEWS Sad
Entry matching your Query: E-242405
213.130.0.0/19CASE: C-208
AS12883 UA, ISP permits abuse and/or ignores criminal activityHistory:
Entry created 2007-07-07
-------

I don't know if AOL uses Apews, but you can only do two things:

1) Call your ISP and ask him to be removed of the black list. If that doesn't happen, change your ISP

2) Call AOL to allow your IP address

Thanks
I already appealed to my ISP to remove us from the black list APEWS.
