Apologies if this has been posted before--I couldn't find it in a search.

I have LDAP services turned on on my Kerio mail server. I have my firewall(s) set to allow LDAPS traffic.

I set up Address Book, Entourage, Thunderbird, and Mail to connect to my LDAP directory. Address Book seems to connect, but always gives me a very quick "No matches found" message when I try to look up an address. My account has both personal Contacts and access to the Public Contacts folder. I have plenty of contacts in both Contacts folders.

Why don't I see search results? I would suspect that my Search Base is wrong, but I've left the field blank and also used fn=ContactRoot. Neither works.

I'm missing something simple, aren't I?

(PS--just a note: all the clients above seem to connect--I've been using mostly Address Book to test further)
