Running KMS 6.4.1.

I used to use Symantec but just switched to NOD32.

Now virus email is delivered to an Infected Items folder.

In symantec it was delivered to Inbox.

I this NOD or 6.4.1 ?

You switched your desktops to NOD32 as well? If so, that is NOD32. That would indicate that the mail server is missing the virus, and the desktop scanner is catching it.

Yes I´m also on NOD on client side.

The server and client is on same definition file.

This must be a case for kerio support then?

It depends on why the viruses are getting through. Do you have the NOD32 for Kerio mail server license (separate license from enterprise license)? Without it, NOD32 won't scan archives. If the infected items are all in archives, that could explain it. If NOD32 wasn't working at all, I imagine KMS would log a bunch of errors. Do you have anything in the error or warning logs?
