Send a private message to this user
Hello,
I want to see all incoming and outgoing e-mails of the workers. I can forward incoming e-mails to administrator in user properties but there is no settings about outgoing messages. Is there a way to forward every messages that a user send to the administrator?
thanks

No, there isn't.

You can use the archiving feature to catch outgoing messages, but then all messages of all users would get stored in a single place. You cannot send outgoing messages for a particular user to another particular user.

You could archive to an e-mail address, but using the archive would be easier. An administrator would have access to that anyhow, without having their inbox filled up all day long.
