Hey all,

We are using agenda scheduling in outlook to invite attendees for meetings. The default setting in Outlook gives you two months of scheduling information. Crossing this period gives 'no information'. We want to increase the scheduling information period and have done so through Tools => Options => Preferences tab => Calendar Options => Free/Busy Options and next to "Publish" entered 6 months of Free/Busy information.
Problem is, we still have 'no information' when passing the default two months.
I know it has something to do with Outlook because Kerio mailserver is publishing all information (regardless how far in the future you go) in the webmail client.
We can retrieve the .ics file perfectly through link http://mailserver:80/freebusy/%SERVER%/%NAME%
We use Kerio Mailserver 6.4.0 build 3364 with KOC 6.4.0
All clients have Outlook 2003 with the latest SP2 installed.
Am I missing something?
Ideas and suggestions are more than welcome! Thx!

Outlook use very simple request for freebusy and does not specify the time interval of freebusy view. Therefore there is a limit on the server to provide for such client only 2 months view.
Changing any setting in Outlook does not help as Outlook itself does not publish any data anywhere.

The interval for freebusy view can be changed in the configuration file (stop KMS, edit mailserver.cfg and change 'OutlookFreeBusyInterval' from '2' to '6' in order to provide 6 month interval). BUT you should know that using large interval for freebusy info may have an impact on server performance, especially with calendars containing many events.
