In today's error log, I had lots of messages similar to this:

user_stats.cpp: Storage quota for user user<_a.t_> falls below zero: attempt to decrement from 0 by 100818

I realize this is not a fatal error, but it implies that the quota accounting might be inaccurate. Is there a way to make Kerio recalculate a user's quota?

Quota accounting is buggy.

When deleten a user and there requesting the mail to be moved to a colleague: quota's don't get updated.
When people are handling other peoples email through shared folder: quota's get messed up sometimes.

I find the need to sometimes force all quota's to be recounted. But unfortunatley, some users have incorrect quota's that won't be fixed.
