howdy

not sure if this is something that can be handled on the server side or not

we have a client who sends un emails using some sort of font that contains fractions

however.. on our side... when we get the email... the fractions don't show up as fractions but as weird/ funky characters... so instead of 3/4" we get ?? ... which... as you can imagine... is not hugely helpful... as we don't know what the orig fraction was/is

is there something that can be done on the server side to deal with this

if not

any other suggestions

we are running an all apple mac server/ client business... i believe the emails are being generated on a pc... if that makes any difference

thanks in advance for any help

that might be a font issue, the person sending the email could be using a font you don't have. Have them use something like Helvetica or Times and see if that works.
