Hi,

My company was recently bought out by another and they have to implement MS Exchange 2003 in order to intergrate with the call call center software. This mean having an Exchange box in house now. Our current environment is a remote Kerio server at a hosting facility and our clients use Outlook to suck down POP emails. Having Kerio at a remote site was important to us because we are in a hurricane prone area! Anyway, is it possible to still use Kerio remotely but to forward all email to an exchange box but also have the ability to access email through the web (kerio) if the place were to be hit with a hurricane?

Thanks

So in essence you want an Exchange server to stay synced to a Kerio Mail server?

Yes sort of. If in synch you mean an exact copy of the emails on Kerio and on Exchange then no. What I mean is that if theirs a way for Kerio to forward all of it's SMTP mail to an Exchange server. But also have the ability to have users access their mail through the web in case they can not get into the office.

Thanks

So KMS should store all and forward?

This would result in an ever increasing number of messages on the Kerio server, right? There's no way to automatically get rid of 'messages older then x days' in KMS and messages deleted in Exchange would of course not also get deleted on KMS...

If the Exchange server uses a different domain, you could simply create all users on KMS and specify (per user) that messages should be forwarded to the corresponding Exchange user (while keeping a local copy obviously). When users come and go you'd have to manually create/delete the KMS users as well.
