I have several users that are being forwarded to another email system and there was a problem with the other server. I did not check the box to have the email go to both mail boxes but I am wondering if Kerio stores the email anywhere before it routes it to the forwarded address or does it just send it? Thanks for any help. I have a feeling that there is no copy of the email on my system but I want to verify.

Either the message was delivered to (and accepted by) the other mail server and the message is no longer in KMS. Or, if the remote server did not accept the message, it's still in the mail queue and you can look for it in the Administration Console.

If the former is the case and the remote server lost the message after it was delivered, then the message is gone.
