how can i fix pop3 log in failed?

that is the logs un the security logs..

thus, anyone can fic that error?thnks

The recommended way is to use correct (valid) username and password in POP3 login.

pop3 config is located in POP3 download?and what valid user i wil used? is it the mail.testmastersonline.com or the support account. like the smtp user account?

Are you referring to POP3 download in the administration or to setting up a client with POP3? If you are trying to set up a client, make sure the client is set to authenticate on outgoing emails as well. This is not the default in Outlook / Outlook Express so you need to change it.
