Hi,

Is there any technical or license issue if I want to take my Kerio mail server and split it up into more than one server? I would put reduce the licenses on one use them on the second. I am running MAC OS X

Thanks

I think you need an additional base-license. And additional licenses can be taken of one server and put on another (I think). but if you have, say, one 100-user license, you can't split it up into two 50 user licenses.

But perhaps you could trade them in? Or wait until your license period is over and then acquire the correct licenses?

I think you'd better contact your KMS sales representative with this question.

Saw this question and thought about this as a resolution to some performance issues.

But can you do this from a technical stand point with a single domain? Would non delivery notifications on server1 make it to server2, and visa versa, for example?
