Hello.

I would like to create filters so that when a new e-mail is received, it automatically is stored a public folder with the name of the customer (or customer's company).

I know that for each company we'll have to create a public folder, and create a filter like *<_a.t_>companyA.com -> forward to public folder "companyA".

Is this possible to create?

I would like this to be made by the e-mail server, so all the users with access to that public folder will be able to read the new e-mail (so it isn't stuck in a user's inbox until he opens Outlook and is moved to to public folder).

Thanks in advance.

If you create the rule with the webmail it will filter before hitting anybody's outlook. As long as the appropriate users can view/modify the public folders this should work.
