I am evaluation Kerio mailserver 6. I have mapped user from my active directory windows 2003 server to kerio mail server.
I want kerio mail user authentication from my domain server. I have configured the server as following :-

1. I have installed Kerio Active Directory Extensions on my domain controller.
2. Created a user on my domain controller and enabled kerio mail box.

3. On Kero mail server configuration
Keromail server>Configuration>MyDomainServer>Directory Service
Checked Map user account & groups from active direcory to
this domain
Hostname :
Username : administrator<_a.t_>
Password : xxxxx

When i press test connection it gives msg. " Directory server connection has been successfully tested."

4. On Domain Setting> Users> Selecting My domain I can see newely created user there with following details
login name : vijay.singh, Full name: Vijay Singh, Data Source : LDAP
On user property authentication tab is disabled.

When I try to login thru web mail i got login failure and in logs I got

HTTP/WebMail: Invalid password for user vijay.singh<_a.t_> Attempt from IP address
Whereas this user can login into the domain with same user name password.
Kindly help me to resolve the issue.

Smile I have resolved the issue. Actually my windows domain server and linux server's date & time was mismatched. As I matched the date & time it works fine.

But I am facing another issue now. When user looged into to the webmail server it does not show any folder and gives error " connot open folder"

What can be the issue ?

Make sure that Kerberos authentication for users from AD works on the server. It is not related to Kerio.
