Hi,

I have big problem with KWF with Serv-U FTP Server v6.3

here is my rules;

Source=Internet | Destination=firewall | Translating ip to my FTP Server

Service : FTP + Port 20 and Port 2001-2010

When i try to login to my ftp server i receive this log:

Connecting to XXX.XXX.XXX.XX , 25 oct. 2007 16:19:19
< 220 Serv-U FTP Server v6.3 for WinSock ready...
> USER ser
< 331 User name okay, need password.
> PASS (hidden)
< 230 User logged in, proceed.
> SYST
< 215 UNIX Type: L8
> PWD
< 257 "/" is current directory.
> TYPE A
< 200 Type set to A.
> PASV
< 451 Passive mode denied by firewall

then i try to disable protocol inspector it work inside my lan but from outside of my lan (from internet) it hang when is time to see root directory.

BTW I make rule in ftp policy to be sure to accept all traffic.

Please help my i need to find the problem!
