Hi everybody,

I got 3 domains (abc.com )/(def.com)and (xyz.com). (abc.com) is my primary domain. I have imported all my users from AD into (abc.com). Everybody has an external account for eg.(test<_a.t_>abc.com) and on the internal mailserver also (test<_a.t_>abc.com). So all the mails are directly delivered to the account. Almost everything is working fine on this domain.
Also the same user has an external account (test<_a.t_>def.com) and i made also a internal account on mailserver(test<_a.t_>def.com). What i see is that kerio only downloads mails from the primary domain, but not from (def.com)
Am i doing something wrong??

Plz help!!

Thanx in advance

Cliff

Hey Cliff,

Do you mean:
1) Kerio doesn't recieve messages meant for that domain (def.com)
2) Kerio is not downloading messages form a third party servers where messages are originally delivered

If 1), check your DNS records and make sure the MX ones are properly configured for your Kerio servers' IP, etc.

If 2), check in your Kerio server, you have properly established the POP download settings from the original server into Kerio.

Regards,

Renato
