Hello,
When i try to create mail filters/rules (server side, via webmail) according to sender it does not work very well.
for example: if i recieve a mails from
customer1 <support<_a.t_>mycompany.com) and from
client12 <support<_a.t_>mycompany.com) the filters/rules only recognise the email address and not the whole field ...

How can the whole field be refered so that we can sort the messages automatically.
