Hello,

I have upgraded to Leopard, and I am now unable to constantly sync with Kerio.

I get this message:

"Attempt to encode a data reference with no backing store data!"

I use iSync connector v 6.4.1 build 3801
Mac OS X 10.5

I tried uninstalling isync connector
restart
reset sync history in iSync
restart
install isync connector

The sync only works the first time, than I always get the message.

I sent a report.

thanks,

Jeff

I wonder if upgrading to 6.4.1p1 would help.

The proper way to get answers from Kerio is to file a ticket at http://support.kerio.com . See sticky topics and KMS Announcements forum for details.

Hello,

To let you guys know that I think that my sync problem is due to Time Machine. I ejected the disk used for Time MAchine, and the sync finished just as before I encountered the problem.

regards,

Jeff

A word of warning...

I'm having a problem with the iSync connector under Leopard deleting all my contacts on the server (it's happened twice so far). It's also constantly popping up a dialog indicating that it can't sync. I've opened a trouble ticket to see if the problem can be diagnosed.

My understanding is that there are currently no Kerio products that list 10.5 as a supported OS. My guess is that Kerio will respond by telling you that the next version will support Leopard.
Of course, I could simply not know what I'm talking about.

Cheers,
Lyle

After resetting the Sync-History in iSync it works since some Days without Errors.
