Ok so here is the deal. We want to maintain a folder in our 'Public Folders' that is our outgoing business correspondence. I know I can setup the archive function but that would archive all emails sent (we don't want to archive their personal emails).

As it is I made a user named 'Chron' in kerio, my users BCC user 'Chron' when they want to save their outgoing email into our public folders. I then went into the webmail of the user 'Chron' and set the filering rules to move all emails to a specified folder and specified a folder under our public folders.

When my users send messages the emails stay in the inbox of 'Chron' rather than follow the filter I setup.

Strange, must be something wrong with your mail filter. What happens if you directly email 'Chron' (not through BCC)?

Just to check I'm going to ask the obvious. Please don't be offended Rolling Eyes Razz

The mail filter for 'chron' you've created in his webmail account and looks like this?
Quote:

For all messages
then
Move it to folder <folder>
and Stop processing more rules

(The last line is not necessary, but helps keeping the rules' workings clear if you have more rules active.)

Thanks for the concern, no offense taken, I checked the forwarding and it was the same as you had.

I found the issue, the user chrono didn't have write permissions to the folder.

Thanks for your help
