Is the account tied to AD or is it a Kerio internal account? I've seen AD accounts fail login due to password expiration. In such a scenario, the user has to login to their computer and set a new password. Either way, can you confirm that the account indeed is not grayed out in the KMS Admin Console under Users?

In the KMS Admin Console, go to:

Configuration > Advanced Options > Security Policy

Click on the "Unlock All Accounts Now" Button. That normally solves the problem.

Accounts normally get locked when you try to login with the wrong password too many times.
