This error could happen on synchronization of Address Book contacts with custom date attributes. It will be fixed in next KSC version. Meanwhile, make sure that your contacts in Address Book don't use custom Date field.

Only date fields in my addressbook are anniversary and birthday dates. Are these considered custom?

Birthday date isn't. Anniversary is. Custom dates are these ones that are added by Card/Add Field/Dates menu option. Birthday is a default attribute in contact.

Is it possible to implement this in future Kerio mail servers? I am sure i am not the only one using this and it would be very convenient.

I'm using iSync Connector Version 6.4.2 build 4490 and it still isn't fixed. (or it has been reintroduced.)
