Hi,

We have kerio mail server under ubuntu linux for all our corporation.

To users who work locally, is nice, but if you work in a delegation out of office, KOC is aggg!!!.

We think to implement a local server, local for those people.A new mail arrives to the main server, and then the server bounce to the second server....this is easy.

Those user have to work locally to the server,(mail contacts and more), but is necesary to have a full copy of data on the main server like if no were a second server.

How can I do this?

Best regards.

AFAIK this is not something that can be reliably done. There's no way to keep two separate Kerio stores in full sync, without stopping KMS every time you sync (and asking for a whole lot of trouble).

I'd advise to wait and see if the imminent new KOC with offline capabilities doesn't solve your performance problems.
