I need help - URGENT!

Please someone tell me why (although maximum number of licenses has not been reached) every so often users send outside emails Kerio WinRoute sends a delivery failure notification message saying:
Kerio WinRoute Firewall was unable to deliver message. Remote server's reply:
451 4.7.0 Please try again after 10 minutes.

Also, how come computer name changes do not register (a particular computer name on our domain was changed, but IP address still remains the same) on Host/Users list in Kerio Admin Console?

Probably the remote email server uses something called gray listing. It has nothing to do with your KWF or your licenses. Note it's the remote mail server that's asking you to retry in 10 minutes, it's not KWF that's giving of this message.

And why couldn't an IP address stay the same after a host name change?

The IP address hasn't changed (it shouldn't) but what I meant was the host name hasn't changed. In Host/Users it still shows the old host name, and there is activity showing for that host even though noone is accessing Internet on that machine...
