McAfee can not scan a download, how is this possible?
In security logfile this row appears:

[23/Nov/2007 09:22:49] AV check failed: McAfee verdict: A serious error occurred, client dsmit 192.168.1.54, website/nen/servlet/dispatcher.PDFNormDispatcher?type=COMPAN Y&normID=nen2580=2007bevatkleur_0004_00489898_003.pdf

If you are sure the file is virus/exploit free, please mail it to our support. We'll try to reproduce the error and eventually submit the file to McAfee for analysis. Thanks.
