Hello,

I have KMS v.6.3.1 running on Windows 2003 and i have configured two local domains, from the primary domain i can send and receive mails from anywhere with POP3, my problem is that i can't send from the other domain to an outside domain through outlook i can send and receive through web mail, i can receive through outlook but i can't send through outllok. i get this error can't find user account

'Can't Find User' probably means that the user you are claiming the mail to be from (user2<_a.t_>domain2.com) doesn't exist on the kerio server.

Hello,

Use "username<_a.t_>domain2.com" insted of just "username" for authentication. This will you,

Hello,

The user exist on the kerio server and he is a member of the 2nd domain users. I use username<_a.t_>domain2.com insted of just username for authentication.

Here is the exactly error message i get from outlook 2003 when i press the button "Test Account Settings"
Send test e-mail message : Unable to send test message. Please verify the e-mail address field

And this is the error message i get when i try to send a mail via outlook to my personal yahoo mail

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: test
Sent: 2/12/2007 5:56 μμ

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'kakstavros<_a.t_>yahoo.com' on 2/12/2007 5:56 μμ
550 No such domain at this location (kakstavros<_a.t_>yahoo.com)

1) During account setup, you should have been prompted for your name and email address (top left). Are you sure you entered the full email address, not just the username?

2) During account setup, did you set up authentication for outgoing emails? Are you sure you checked use same settings as incoming and did not specify incorrect credentials instead?
