Is ther a way to allow a user to control forwarding for their account? At the moment the only way i can see of doing this is through the admin console with the admin account.
I can see how to set up an out of office reply through webmail, but I need them to be able to choose who to forward their mail to while away.

Your users can connect via WebMail where they can create a mail filter that forwards messages to any address of their choice.

Not as obvious as I would like. I've had many users ask me the same question because they could not figure it out. Call it a feature request.

Thanks for that. It half works (I also need to keep a copy in kerio as well).

Once I worked out that by editing the script itself and adding in the extra command "keep;" it would keep the original and forward the message.

Like you said, a bit messy but it works. This really should be made available in the same way as the admin console for future versions.

You do not need to edit the script itself, you can just select the box 'Keep in INBOX' as well as 'Forward it to address'. You can select multiple actions at once. (Don't forget to 'Stop processing more rules' action as well, that's a good thing often.)

I feel this is something I can explain to my users. Whenever someone asks me, I just mail them a 'how to' and they do manage.

Of course, I have nothing against a more explicit approach...
