Hello forums

I have e problem with one of my users who is using ActiveSync on his HTC s710. When he tries to sync his phone it fails whit the error code: 0x85010001. It did work earlier, but now it comes with this error. The phone connect to the server without problems, and says that there are 35 mails waiting to sync, but then it fails.

There are others on the server with s710's and they work without problems.

When the phone starts to sync the following messages occours in the log:
[09/Dec/2007 11:34:28] FolderName.cpp: Empty folder name (user=user<_a.t_>domain.dk, protocol=HTTP)
[09/Dec/2007 11:34:28] ASyncMoveItems.cpp: ActiveSyncMessageMover::MoveMessage: Unable to open dest folder with id: {3513B493-0FE8-4DE6-8220-234D309B3477}

I hope you are able to help me!

Yours
Morten Fjord

PS: We are runing KMS 6.3.1

According to the error, it seems that folder GUID has changed for certain folder on the server. This could happen is someone deletes or changes .fld files in the folder. The only solution is to remove ActiveSync account from the device and re-create it.
