Hi Guys, im having problem with my kerio mailserver, this is the first time i've encountered this error

5.1.0 - Unknown address error 554-'5.7.1 This message has been blocked because the HELO/EHLO domain is invalid.

Do you have a FQDN for the mailserver name? That could cause the error. At the very top of the Domains screen is the Internet Hostname setting. Check that. It should look something like servername.domain.com.

The internet hostname must have a DNS A record visible in the internet. Some mail servers check this to avoid spam.

Example: You internet hostname entry in KMS should be

mymailserver.domain.com and not just mymailserver.
