check via my error log this message found "license error:too many users for this license". what this means...? wonder is it due to this error that's y some of my users were unable to logon to Internet? they are on LAN setting, route thru my firewall.

ehh... isent this quite self explaining?? "too many users for this license"??? what kinda licens u use? what version of winroute u use??

kerio winroute firewall 5.1.7. email server is Mdeamon version 6. the installation & configuration was done by my vendor. i did check with him regarding this but was told ok...wonder where to find for this user license setting!

The very first screen you see when you log into the admin console will show you the size of the license you own. If you go to Status --> Hosts/Users you should be able to see which computers are currently using a license. If you need a slightly larger license you can purchase an upgrade for 5 additional users for $69 USD.
