Can someone please explain this KWF Connection log I’ve attached? As you can see
bytes transmitted /accepted /total are almost always 0/88/88
packets transmitted /accepted /total are almost always 0/2/2

I’m a beginner on this so I’m just guessing here but might it be just that the internet connection is really bad and Outlook (2002) needs to retry a lot? But then does the time interval support that theory?

I should mention that the Outlook client is located in a country which censors Internet for its people and the server is in good old free Sweden.
