Our internal DNS domain name is not the same as our email domain name. When we bounce a message it identifies itself by the mail server's internal name. Is there any way to change this so that it has our email domain name on it? I think this will be less confusing for the people we bounce to and look more professional.

You're looking for the 'Internet Hostname' setting. It's at the top of the Domains configuration screen. Just make sure you specify a fully qualified name, or other mail servers might reject your mail.

Thanks. I have changed it to mail.ourdomain.com. This is not resolvable on the internet but then neither was mail.internaldomain.local, which is what it was before.

Is that OK, or should it just say ourdomain.com?
