We have a customer that can not send us emails.
I have not found his address in any logs.
I have put him in the master white list for the server.

Is there any other place I should look to see why he can not get thru?
Does not matter who at our company he sends to, all fail.

This is the error message he receives:
Could not deliver the message in the time limit specified. Please retry or contact your administrator.
