Hello

When we first installed Kerio (KOC) we would get email notifications no problems.

We have since added rules to move emails to certain people to another folder under the inbox (eg, accounts, Finance etc)

We no longer getteh notifications.

Is there a fix for this?
when we disable the rule it works again.

I guess its becuase the email never hits teh inbox when we have the rule in place, however this used to work fine with an outlook/pst setup.

Thanks for any help!

Outlook can display notification only for e-mails in the Inbox. If the e-mail is moved to another folder on the server, no notification is displayed.

It worked before Kerio because the mail hit the Inbox, prompting the notification, then Outlook moves it into another folder. When the filtering is done server side, it goes right into the appropriate folder without first going through the Inbox.
