Still a new kerio user and learning.....

How can I control which accounts can access email by POP, IMAP, or web. I don't want everyone to have IMAP and web access, especially if it relates to the next request.

How can I control which users manipulation of their junk folder affects Kerio's ability to learn what is/isn't spam.

I would like blocked spam that is routed to a quarantine email
address to retain the original sender address. How can I do this?

Thank you
sol

You can't.

You can't specify that learning is based on some users feedback and not others.
