Hello,

We use KMS 6.4.2 on Mac OSX 10.4 server.

The disk space is getting low. Nothing unusual here.

But when people clean their mail boxes to make space, the available disk space continues to shrink! What gives?

Is there an option to empty an "invisible trash"?

thanks

Jeff

Do you have the option to keep deleted messages enabled? If so, deleted messages will be kept for a while and you will only see the benenfit of your users tidying up once that period has expired. If you are really short of space then you could reduce the retention period.

Also, check your backup and archive areas, if you have those enabled. You might need to tidy up there.

Thank you!

I disabled this feature and we now have plenty of space.
